• Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days (U.S. only).

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shei Lavish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
